What To Bring
Please bring your new patient forms if you filled them out beforehand, your ID, and an insurance card if you plan on using dental insurance. For patients with past dental records and X-ray imaging, we ask that you have your previous dentist’s office email or fax your records to our office so that we can have a better, more comprehensive understanding of your oral health.

What To Expect
If you’re coming in for a general checkup and cleaning, we’ll start by taking any necessary X-rays and then leading you to your designated dental chair. Once you take your seat, our hygienists will thoroughly clean your teeth and gums as well as polish your teeth. Then, Dr. Patel and our team will take some time to discuss your previous oral health history, your current smile goals, and any concerns that you may have. We believe that getting to know our patients helps us provide more individualized care and treatment plans. If Dr. Patel sees any potential dental issues on your X-rays, he will take a closer look at your teeth during your exam and go over his treatment recommendations. In the event that you need an additional appointment scheduled, we’ll make sure that you know what to expect at your next visit as well as the cost breakdown of your additional treatment.
